Michelle the owner was incredibly knowledgeable about her beef. Today I purchased 1.6lbs of dry aged certified angus ribeye. I seasoned it with only Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground black pepper and a touch of ground sage. I cooked the steak reverse sear to 134 degrees and let it rest for 5 minutes. This was the best piece of meat I've had in a decade and I'm so happy to have found a butcher in the county that carries this fabulous meat. I will be back to try many of the other options and recommend everyone who appreciates quality products to visit Michelle's store!!!
One of the best butcher shops I've ever been to, the best in Vero Beach, we buy all of our poultry and meets here, nothing but the best quality, so much better than a public steak, and worth every penny!
WOW! Just...WOW! The only way I knew previously to get Prime, Kobe, or Wagu beef was through a restaurant supply company.
Excellent quality, excellent selection, not cheap, but they have huge prime and wagu briskets that I’ve never found anywhere else.
Don’t settle for half brisket (choice) from the grocery store. If you’re going to spend a day tending to BBQ, spend your time on a quality cut of meat.

First time going today and I wish I started going sooner. Great products and customer service and the place is super cute too! They were so sweet to my daughter (one year old) and gave her a mini shopping cart to walk around with too! Definitely a good selection of meats and they have other stuff too like soups and craft sodas like Black Cherry soda which is what I bought and recommend. If you’re looking to get away from the retail market and go local this is the place to go!
Best Eggplant Parmesan better than your fanciest Italian restaurant in Vero , even beats out my favorite spots on Mulberry street! FANTASTIC customer service and the Owner Michelle is hands on and Very Friendly ! A Must try 🍽👍☮.

I TRUST this Butcher to CARE about what she is providing to her customers. NOTE: I am a professional private chef and can purchase the BEST of food from the finest purveyors and if she doesn't have what I need...SHE WILL GET IT for me!!! Quality, Trust, Reliability we are VERY FORTUNATE to have this caliber of Meats supplier in our area!!!
