Service was pretty fast! The reason, there were only three customers including me and some guy having a conversation with the cashier. Place was not that clean, should hire an extra person to do the cleaning cause there's only the cashier and other employee making the orders. I gave three stars just because I got my food faster than the people whom had ordered before me, that's all, not impressed, just like a McDonald's.

I give 3.5 stars only because of the employees. The food was great, it was clean and easy to find. The employees were horrible. They all had this look on their face of pure disgust or irritation. Not one was friendly or spoke up so they could be heard.

The one with the long weave got a bad attitude & tayaisha or whatever her name is be eating the customer’s food on the low. Nasty stinking employees. Their customer service is terrible. The weave girl can barely wipe her butt with those nails. Caught her scratching her butt then finishing someone’s burger. Dont go here.

Experience was terrible. Assistant manager does not speak enough English to serve. My server Kelsey, told me my drink choice was terrible. When I noticed my order was wrong I told her that I wanted to buy it differently but she said I couldn't. A man named Ryan was trying to help me because Kelsey kept yelling and screaming at me and telling Ryan to shut up and leave because he was trying to help. So in my opinion get new works s before I hinge get ugly again!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. But be warned that there's usually only one person prepping the food so there's some wait time involved.

The employees are rude and if you order more than one item they said don’t order too much please,I don’t understand you paying your money to get whatever you want and then if you ask why they said they don’t have too much of bacon or etc Whatever you ordering they said they only can make two no more than that , please the manager of this location please make aware of that and make some changes this employees they don’t deserve to be working on this location or any location no customer service at all. Burgers are pretty good, clean as far as I can tell. Service is as can be expected from a younger staff. Manager is pleasant.

Horrible, ghetto, rude employees. Management needs to fire all of them. Don't waste your money on this dump. They threw ketchup at me and had slow service.
