The presentation of the car 🚗cake was nice but the center was mostly chocolate crumble

Great ice cream. Proprietor was very helpful with our birthday selection. Might have more walk in business in a better location. Ice cream rivals if not surpasses DQ.

Alex provided me with a special order within 24hrs! Very impressed! The owner waited for me to pick it up to make sure she did the writing on the cake correctly. Only downfall, they put the cake in the wrong size box so when I got home the decorations were all smeared! 🤣😳🤔 Lol...I'm sure it'll tast

Always a treat, been going to Carvel since I was a kid

This was not a good experience. I bought a hot fudge sundae and what I received was ice cream in a cup with whip cream and cherry no hot fudge. I paid for a hot fudge sundae not just ice cream in a cup. I did call back and bring this to the managers attention and he acted as if he didn't understand

Ice cream always hits the spot! Love the options and trying new flavors when they are in season. Didn’t give full stars because they don’t always know how to make the specially items in the menu. (The “unicorn” shake was supposed to be pink, not white, according to the ad picture.)
