Local. 1st timer. Hole in the wall wonderful! Delicious flavorful dinner with the view of palm trees. Small spot = Try food to go and head 1/2 block to the beach - take a chair and enjoy the view. Parking is cramped but this Pierpont, it’s expected. May run into some beach homeless who may or may not be on something but there are police around also. Love the ambiance of Ventura beach restaurants! Cheers!

I've been eyeing this spot for a while now and this was my first visit. I'm hooked.I want more, I'll be back. Savory dishes, generous portions, good location- you can go walk it off at the beach a few steps away afterwards and great service! It was hard to decide what to get, but it was all good, nice variety of plates to choose from.

I’m a Democrat. I wear a Black Lives Matter hat everyday, all day long. I have ordered several times from them. Their food is great. However, I will never buy from them again. I’m staying at motel 6 4 blocks from them. The person who answers the phone barely understood what I said. I’m from Iowa and work hard to make sure people are treated well, including legally backing a friend. That said. I’m tired of people who answer and can’t understand basic shot. Done. Join THIS COUNTRY. I would like to be your customer. But, I’m tired of that attitude and the owner of that kind of system.

We came here based on the reviews. The vegetarian tom yum soup $13 looked great but was so sour and spicy hot that the 3 of us could not eat it. We told the waitress who apologized and said she would give us the mango sticky rice for free $12 value. When the bill arrived, it still had the soup on it but not the sticky rice. So I signed the credit card slip and went to the restroom which had no paper towels. The waitress came to pick up the bill while I was gone and told my kids we have to pay for the soup we couldn't eat and the restaurant was not giving us the mango sticky rice as promised. If I had known earlier I would not have given them a tip. I hope they can improve their customer service and food quality. This is our first time and last time we will eat here.
