Server was amazing, memorized our order and took it down perfectly, checking in on us frequently. Was very accommodating and spoke clearly for you to understand.
This place was so great. The service was very good here. I felt like it was a well kept place for the most part. The food here is so amazing though. They have some amazing tacos here. This is by far my favorite restaurant! I celebrated my birthday last night here with my family and everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! If you want to have an amazing time and a delicious meal, come here. Thank you everyone for a most memorable birthday!

Bright, festive and great place to go for authentic Mexican food! I especially enjoy eating in the bar area and admire the interesting southwest decor and sugar skulls. Nice staff, food was good. Only complaint is I would want more chicken in my burrito but overall everything was tasty. The bathroom was clean, thats always a plus.

Excellent chips and salsa. We ordered the 3 dip sampler as an appetizer. The cheese dip, bean dip and guacamole dip were all great. The fajita chimichanga (steak) was excellent. My son ordered The Cowboy (steak) and was really happy with it. My other son ordered the Fajita Quesadilla (chicken)
We just finished our lunch, and it was delicious! It was a real treat to find authentic Mexican food in Venice. We're looking forward to our next visit to Chicano's and also plan to try their new restaurant up in Osprey when it opens.
Absolutely my favorite Mexican in Venice. Grab a seat at the bar and order a margarita!!! Alex the bartender is super nice!
This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the area! I'm always introducing my friends to this place - and they love it, too! You really should try it.
I'm from San Diego so I'm use to good Mexican food, the simple Carne asada tacos were actually really good, guacamole was very fresh and homemade
Great food, service, and atmosphere. A good variety of meat and vegetarian items offered on the menu. Their salsa and chips are fantastic! My server, Jesus was very friendly and attentive. Limited outdoor seating. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

Best meal I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant and totally unexpected, I've eaten here before and it's always been good and good margaritas but I sure wasn't expecting something similar to paella with all seafood and it was fantastic. But I don't remember the name of the dish.

Everything was made from scratch. Tiny restaurant in back of small Latino store.
Prices were great, as was the food. I had a chicken burrito, could only eat 1/2, it was so big.
Speciality is Tacos.
Limited menu, but not so limited that you can't find something you'd love.
