Subway

Our family is local and is never going back. I recommend Chiba hut instead, way better food for the same price if not less expensive. We've had issues with Subways coupons before because they always expire a few days after we get them. This time we got them the previous week and tried to use them on the date shown for exp. The employees saw me pretty much fanning myself with the coupon and even had me scan it after the sandwiches were made just to tell me they don't work and they've been telling people this all day! Then why didn't you tell me before the sandwiches were made?! I felt trapped to buy the overpriced soggy awful sandwiches. What's worse the let the people ahead of me bring in their long haired chiwawa around all the open food?! Disgusting! Maybe all subways aren't this bad but the long haired dog will really make me think twice whether the food is cross-contaninated. The prices are terrible for subway in general and I feel tricked to pay their unreasonable prices so we aren't going back here and not planning to go to subway in general again. We're done!

A few days ago i was there on the first hot day of summer. I dont know why the manager/owner even had employees working that day because the air conditioning apparently went out. Not only should someone with a food handlers card know that perishables shouldbe kept in a cool environment to avoid food poisoning but a very young teenager actually fainted from heat exhaustion! The other young employees looked pale and close to fainting themselves. Im assuming they were forced to be there by management because any normal person would have sacrificed a days work in that kind of environment. It must have been 105 in the store that day. I was appalled! If i was that young mans parents i would charge the manager/owner with child endangerment.

If I had zero stars to give I would, been there several times and didn’t have to wait long but tonight I was told that it would be 10 to 15 minutes before they could help me and two girls were working, I was the only one in the lobby, they were making online orders, one after the next after the next, after another gentleman came in and was told the same thing, I finally said shouldn’t you help the people in your lobby too? They said they were told to do online orders and make the people in the lobby wait, well that’s ridiculous and it will be a while if ever before I come back again!!

The manager/owner is AWFUL, she is rude, ignores customers, and treats her employees terribly. Once an employee dropped an olive and the manager lost it, telling her it was going to come out of her check, and she wasn't joking. Also, the sandwiches are quite bare when she is in the store, when she is gone, the employees actually make them properly without worrying about her yelling at them. If she wasn't the manager I would go more often and give it 5 stars. EDIT: The price gouging is WILD. The sub I used to get for $8 a year ago is now almost $13, she is taking advantage of being one of the few food places in a rural town and it's disgusting tbh. I haven't gone here in months and will no longer in the future.

Today our experience was excellent! Sandwiches were made well, restrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly! We stopped by about a month ago and the man behind the counter was not wearing his mask properly and the place just didn't feel clean - so we left without ordering. I'm glad we have them a second chance today.
