We've been coming to this place for about two years now, and there aren't enough great things to say about it. The menu is ever-changing and so creative (one of the appetizers included picked blueberries), and the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Ruby Brink has black out curtains and a wonderfully designed space that focuses heavily on atmosphere. When you eat at the Ruby Brink, not only is it amazing in food quality due to local sources, the experience fills your heart as well as your belly.
Holy smokes. Great service, great cocktails, and the smoked squash veggie burger was SO GOOD. Unbelievably good. (I ordered one to-go for tomorrow. That good.) This is going to be a mandatory stop every time I'm on Vashon!
