Well, I got three pizzas to have some weeknight variety. A thin crust, a pan pizza, and a hand tossed. None were good, and all for different reasons. The pan pie had little to no sauce and the toppings (cheese included) had slid 1/2 way off the crust. The hand tossed pizza was undercooked and had an odd taste to the dough. The thin crust pie was dry and overcooked. All 3 were also cold when they arrived. I am not sure how you go about fixing that, but I can say that I was largely disappointed in paying over $40 for three pizzas and enjoying none of them. In short, it was bad all around.

The staff are sweet people; but the store is always pretty visibly filthy and they have little to no quality control/review it seems before orders go out. The only things that turn out well are things with pre-made crusts like the Stuffed Crust pizza.

My dealings with Pizza Hut is exemplary. They were speedy and efficient. No complaints. Well....maybe the cost! However, even that won't stop me from purchasing their products.

Have the right crust, provide the proper crust when requested. Originally asked for stuffed crust, they were out, called me, I said then give us pan crust. They ended up giving us a regular flat crust, it was alright, but I would have liked to felt heard when asking about substitute.

Well the service was great, its just ordered half cheese and half pepperoni, and the pepperoni side i asked for Jalapeño. But.. There was also Jalapeño on some of the cheese pizza.. Like really.. You had 1 job.. Bit other then that it was good.

Good pizza and came in 20 minutes, unfortunately I thought it would be 30 minutes so when there was a knock on the door I was in the middle of missionary with my wife and had to stop, but the pizza was very good

Sometime here they are pretty fast, but during dinner time they are very busy and take some time to get to you. I ordered online and when came in, it took a while to get my pizza, even though it's was ready and sitting in a box. Nevertheless Pizza Hit pizza is still good pizza.

Would be better if I got the correct pizza, and there was not 4 inches of exposed crust on half the pizza. Make sur the cooks use the freaking sauce ring.
