My first time into this local craft brewing spot in Vancouver. I was looking for a growler but they were out of stock. Inside and outside protected seating for food and drink. Bartender was very friendly and we talked brews for a minute, including other places to try for my growler. Pretty chill and friendly patrons during the day is an added bonus. ONLY reason for 4 stars is because it was first visit and I like to rate for consistency. Parking is a bit scarce, so challenging. Try their citrus offering, "GO Juice", it's very good with a splash of OJ.
Definitely coming back to check consistent vibe so I can throw down a 5 star review. Nice job Victor 23!

Great local place! Good beer and friendly staff. Loved the brisket nachos but they’re currently in the process of switching menus excited to see what they have to offer to come. Love the outdoor seating and the semi outside seating for the rainy days.

Had not been in since pre pandemic. Place still has amazing beef brisket nachos. New gals working not as amazing as the gal that worked there before. All in all I would return for sure. If they just tighten up customer service a bit they could easily be a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The food here is the best! Not a lot of space for seating, but sitting on the patio, you can share tables with others in the kid and dog friendly patio. They brew their own beer here, and had one cider on tap. MUST do for brew pubs!

Menu is leaning towards Mexican food but if you're looking for traditional Mexican flavor this is not it at all. I had the pork carnitas which suspiciously tasted like BBQ brisket was not a fan of the flavors at all. The beer is good

I visit Victor 23 when I want great food and enthusiasticly brewed and select variety of flavoured craft beer. Went for the WET Burrito and had a cold Skyjacker IPA. It was on point. I would also highly recommend their brisket nachos! Seating can be a bit noisy outside with traffic as it is in front of business, along St. Johns Rd. Parking can be limited as well, but definitely worth a visit or for take out. Staff is friendly and efficient without calling everyone Hon or being overly flattering. Victor 23 does an all around fantastic job!
