I don’t agree with the negative reviews, this is my go to place for great Pho and Banh Mi. My boyfriend and I order from here a couple times a week. I get the Veggie Pho and he gets the Rare beef pho. The Veggie pho is loaded with Tofu & veggies.. So much so that usually I am getting full before I touch the noodles plus the tofu is DELICIOUS!! I have tried most of the other Vietnamese places and was disappointed..

Small hole in the wall type of Vietnamese Pho cafe. Average quality, average service, good price comparing to other restaurants in the area. Will I come again? Yes.

MUST TRY pork and prawn wonton soup, with house special lemon grass chilli paste. Can't recommend this enough! Stoked to have this as our local.

I always look for a good Vietnamese takeout near my place and this one ticks all the boxes for me. Their Pho is delicious as well as their salad rolls (which I always dig with an extra peanut sauce) and the Banh Mis. Their food is authentic and honest. Very well served. Even though it's a convenient takeout, I enjoy dining in as well. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Great food for a great value.

Me and my husband was looking for a good authentic Vietnamese restaurant in downtown and we found it - this place has the best Viet sub especially the five spices pork and salad rolls! it is now my favorit place to go when I am craving for vietnamese sub. We will recommend this place to our friends and we will always come back again! this restaurant. PS. very friendly service and it food was amazing

Ongba and the original ownership (Mr. Ongba) was amazing. The portion of food was large and quality, and they had the most vegetables and it was just very filling. This charity event was sponsored by Ongba and we fed over 300 people in Hastings. The owner and volunteers has such big hearts, I can’t say enough good about them. Thank you to everyone and Mr. Ongba.

The ratings don’t do this place justice. I travelled from Toronto and I will say this spot has great food. Yes it’s tiny with limited seats - but that’s the appeal. A rare family run business that doesn’t compromise quality. The broth is delicious and the beef is tender and well cooked. Would recommend to friends and family !

This was a great little place to stop. My husband and I are really into pho because his mom is Vietnamese and she used to cook him pho pretty regularly. This pho, advertised as northern style pho, was quite good but definitely not what we are used to. We are used to city style pho, which is more salty and has a stronger flavor of anis. If you are looking for a pretty light dish, come here and order the pho. It is a great option and the serving sizes are huge. I personally ordered the hot and sour seafood dish and it was just what I've been waiting for from Vancouver! The seafood was delicious and the broth was good too. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, but I'll warn you that it is quite small and there is no guarantee that you'll get a table so you should have a backup in mind.

A family-run business with affordable prices, huge portions, and tasty food. Happy to have them in the neighborhood 😊

My first pho in Vancouver and really liked it! Found the taste I love so much in their broth. Portion is huge so that's great! My bf took the lemongrass chicken, it was good too but not enough chicken for us!

I was here last Saturday, and had a beef pho, and stole the spring roll from my bf. The soup is good, and the spring roll is soooo good! Make sure you add $1.5 to get the spring roll. Worth it!
