Hooligan's

This was our first time and we took the whole family. All of the food was amazing some of the best French fries I have had in a while. The tables out side in the tent are super comfortable and each table has its own fire pit. Tonight every table was taken and they still took good care of everyone. You have to go try it, you will not be disappointed Sorry forgot to take pictures

This review has nothing to do with our server he was amazing and attentive and took care of us even though they were short staffed. The problem was with the young lady that was taking care of the bar and I assume is the manager of some sort. I wanted to buy 50.00 dollars of game tickets when I tried to get someone to help me no one would, that’s when I tried to get the young lady’s attention she clearly told me she would get someone to help me. I then asked our server and he said that the only person that can help me is the girl behind the bar which I had already tried to get her to help me. I then read a banner that said they were short staffed and their priorities are 1 drinks, 2 food, 3 tickets… which I absolutely understand so I decided to be patient eat enjoy my drink and wait. I waited and waited and waited then it slowed down this is when I realized she had no interest in helping me. It absolutely slowed down and it got quiet ,She then had time to sit and play footsie with whom I can only assume is her boyfriend then she started cleaning the menus and was talking to a couple with a new born baby. Then two more lady’s showed up and they hugged and she took care of them right away and she just sat there visiting… I order another drink and waited…. Nothing….. to add insult to injury she decides to change the channel to one of the tvs to a Hispanic channel!!!! Yes !!!! We were the only Hispanics sitting at the side of the bar. We finished our drinks and our food and I asked our server to please give us or check…. I will never come back to this place this young lady needs to learn costumers skills. I understand that they were short staffed but not being able to help me and NOT WANTING TO HELP ME are two different things….

Surprisingly not bad. I was dubious, but the Mac and cheese burger was pretty good. It was better Mac and cheese than I've found anywhere else in this town other than Crave. I also enjoyed the southwest egg rolls. I had heard the service wasn't great and it truly wasn't but nothing to complain about.

It seems as if it's who you know..? We chose this place because of outdoor seating but when we got there the sign says that we need to order inside. We did so, ordered drinks and food then went outside to a table. Some other customers came and sat next to us and a waitress came out and took their drink and food orders so I said excuse me, can we order a couple more drinks? She said she was only out to help the table next to us. Really? We decided to close out. I went in to say something to the bartender, she said they only have food runners going out there. I told her that the waitress was taking orders for the table next to us. She came back and said she was sorry but have a good day and thank you for coming in. I told my husband her response and someone at the table next to us said it's because they are regulars.... After reading the reviews, looks like there are more bad reviews than good. That's why I believe it's who you know...

My husband and I walked into the bar side and sat at a table like we have always done. We were there for 25 minutes and didn’t get noticed. After each one of them looked at me the whole time. This place lacks customer service. All I saw were friends having a great time and not caring about the people walking through the door to have a pleasant night with their people. I was highly offended considering I made eye contact with all of them behind the bar. Had my ID out to order a drink and appetizers but the people working tonight were absolutely careless.
