Moved from cali to east texas and finally found a carls jr close to me. Its a lil taste of home for me. The service was quick and the food was excellent.

I ordered a double meat burger meal. I wanted no ketchup or mayo, just mustard. Extra pickles & tomatoes. When the order came out, my burger had ketchup & mayo. Took it back to counter, they gave me another one with mustard. Then realized the double cheese was not on it. Took it back to counter,

Prime rib burger was left out of my bag after taking 20 min for food. Had to pull over and wait another 15 min and they blamed it being because lunch just started. I stopped here today thur july 30 at 12:24pm omar made my sandwiches both low carb i have celiac disease so i have allergies and he understood my situation both sandwiches were made as i told him i really appreciate what he did i just wish more people at restaurant would do the same. Thanks omar.
