Review Braum's - Van Buren

We didn't get to eat here because they wouldn't serve us. We walked in, there were probably 10-ish other parties sitting and eating. It was around 530-6 pm. We walked in to order and the lady at the counter started yelling at us and the party behind us that the only thing open was the store and drive through. So my review is of the store. They were well stocked and had what we needed, but some of the stock they had on the shelves was expired. I did try to point it out when we checked out but the checker brushed it off. We were told to go through the drive through when we walked in. So as the same lady was checking us out at the store I told me kids to figure out what they wanted so we could order through the drive thru and the cashier told me "don't even bother, my manager just told me we took our last order and were closed now." But, while we were loading into the car we watched them take drive thru orders. But, whatever, the Golden Arches were open and happy to take our money.

A real old fashion great tasting burger. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Clean easy spot off of Interstate 40 to get a meal. Did I mention the great ice cream?

Awesome store, ice cream & hamburger place. We stopped on our way back to Colorado. 1st time & I really liked it. I love the feel of the store

The night crew are very nice , quick service. (I've only been at night, so don't know about day crew) I recommend..... Good food and ice cream

Completely dissatisfied... I eat here quiet often and I came and ordered thru the drive through for once.. I got the chicken dinner and one peice was old and dry and very dark like it had been refried and then one peice of chicken was half the size of the rest... to top it all off the fries were disgusting like grotesque they were also old double fried looking and cold. I literally take a bite at the light and no heat what so ever it was about 3oclock when I went in the cooks that day need their pay deducted

As always, love the ice cream! It is certainly a treat!

We stood at the grocery cash register for a couple of minutes and no one came to check us out. I went to someone in the grill area . I was told they put out a bell by the register so customers could ring it for help. No sign for people who were there the day before with no bell.

This Store has an Awesome crew! Okay hey we keep great together as a reminder. I watched and listened. The food was great, and he service was great! Thank you for caring about our experience.❤️

Ordered at the drive thru last night. Shake was great but my burger was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted and my fries were also cold. Won't be back.

The ice cream is good... but the store needs cleaning and the service is slow. Unfortunately, this is the case in most Braum's stores I visit. Clean the store!!!
