Tgi Fridays

TGI Fridays has always been one of my favorite places to eat. From the menu to the drinks it's hard for me to choose. The chicken and shrimp is good, burgers are good salmon is great, appetizers are amazing. I went with the wings this time as I had never tried them there. They were so good I got garlic parmesan. Would get them again!

I have been disappointed here more than once. Music is way too loud. The food is over priced for what it is. My sons sliders were way over done and were basically little hockey puck burgers. Only good thing about the meal were the fries but they're nothing special. My body is also currently rejecting my burger at 3 am which spurred me to actually leave a bad review finally. Never going back!

The place was dirty. Several tables were not cleaned. There was food and trash all over the floor, including in the bathroom. Just not welcoming or appetizing to walk into. And obviously u wonder about cleanliness in the food prep area! It was my daughter's birthday and I told her TGIF had the best boneless chicken wings around so wanted to treat her with those. We ordered the variety plate and the 'famous wings' were honestly a huge disappoinment. The mozzarella sticks were great quality. The loaded potatoes were tasty. But the chicken was no different than frozen breaded nuggets from the grocery store covered with a thimbleful of sauce! They were dry and tasted like they'd just been nuked in the microwave. I've had TGIF hotwings several times and they were hands down the best ever. This time they were shockingly subpar.

We had to wait over 35 minutes (we were told 15) bc the girls said we had to have 2 tables for 6 people and a high chair. We ended up sitting at one table anyhow. We got our drinks & the server disappeared. She finally cake back, took our order, & we waited another 30 minutes before our food came out cold. The food was meh. My son's bacon cheeseburger came with one small piece of bacon & the cheese was goopy (like it had been melted & was cooled/coagulating). The waitress got an attitude when she came back to check on us & we told her about it. Then, she disappeared again. We did speak with a manager who was extremely gracious & gave us a fair discount for the trouble, but beware.
