Fazoli's

I reccomend visiting this location! The team is great, it's very clean, and the food was surprisingly good- considering I haven't been to Fazoli's in years. Went on a late Friday night, probably near closing time. The whole store was empty, and likely all set up for a good close, but the team was kind and thoughtful the whole time we were in regardless. The trashes were practically empty, the floor was spotless, and everything was well stocked. The food arrived quickly, we had plenty of breadsticks, and it was an overall amazing experience. While we enjoyed our meals, there were no problems and I can assure anyone thinking about visiting that the team here would have handled it well if any had arrisen! It was an experience I'd love to have again.

We ordered the lunch specials. I got the ravioli and the fettuccine alfredo. My daughter got the pizza slice and the spicy tomato pasta. My fettuccine alfredo was very runny, especially after cooling off. The cashier was very nice. I tried that new orange vanilla ice cream lemonade thing, it was pretty good. I was really just not happy with the taste of the food it was kind of bland, and taste it and look like microwave food. I do have to say the price was not too bad, but I wasn't looking forward to visiting again. Nice atmosphere and nice people

We love Fazoli's! The pasta always tastes fresh and the unlimited breadsticks are the best, even though this is a "fast service" place. We haven't been in several years since I can't eat dairy or gluten, but their gluten free pasta and meat sauce (without the parmesan seasoning packet) were so tasty! The manager at this location answered all our questions, and I also saw her help another patron figure out the best way to reheat a bunch of breadsticks for the customer's party. Great service!

I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings. Received 5 very small, 2 bite wings. Asked for ranch dipping sauce. Was enough for the wings. Also ordered breadsticks with marinara sauce. After the ranch dipping sauce ran out, I dipped the wings in the marinara sauce. They definitely tasted better with the marinara! Perhaps you could offer the marinara instead of the ranch!
