Great food and the service was great! My wife and I ordered the Japanese pan noodles her with shrimp and mine with steak. I forgot to tell them I'm allergic to seafood and asked if our proteins were cooked separately when they brought them to us. They assured me they were cooked separately but were concerned of cross contamination and prepared me another in a freshly cleaned pan. Awesome service!

used to love coming to this place whenever i was in valpo, but i think i am officially done with noodles & co. my s/o and i ordered takeout this evening, not only was her order incorrect, but there was hair in BOTH of our bowls. we didn’t notice the hair until we were almost done with our food because it was stuck to the bottom of the bowl under sauce. neither of us have blonde hair. super disappointed:/

I have tried to give this place multiple chances but at this point it’s just ridiculous. One time I online ordered and came to pick up my order to find out this location was closed? But they still charged me for my food and said my order was ready for pick up. Then I came and my food which was zucchini noodles had a few stray spaghetti noodles in it? Which worries me when it comes to cross contamination and must come with carelessness. And finally today I came in and tried to order and use a coupon on my app which they told me the scanner does not work and I could not use the coupon. Instead of helping and working something out it with the coupon I had to take off the order. I have worked in fast food and understand the issues, but it is frustrating to see carelessness being the root of a lot of issues.

I think I have to be officially done with this place. Every time I go it is an awful experience to an hour wait for my food because staff couldn’t get orders correct to managers yelling at staff in front of customers. I decided to try again after a year hoping they got better. I was wrong. I am allergic to mushrooms and unfortunately most of the menu items contain mushroom so I always ask if the item contains mushroom and if yes I ask them to take it out. Out of all the times I have been here 95% of the time they put mushrooms on the food item. I got my food today which contained mushrooms and I did not realize until I started eating it and had an allergic reaction. My boyfriend also ordered the Mac and cheese and all they do is put the cheese on top half melted. Never mix it in or anything so now he is left with plain noodles since there was barely any cheese and all on top. It really was a super simple order and the fact that 95% of my orders are messed up when the only thing I ask is no mushroom, is concerning. I gave this place one more chance but it is just not good and not that cheap to be getting orders wrong. I will never ever go back.

Went there with family couldn't eat as a family because we never got a plate of food and when we went up to tell them about the food not being served yet they said they didn't have the right noodles for it so we just said any noodle works and then that took another 20 mins...so we got a refund for the plate of food that we never got.
