Lincoln Flats

I usually don't get to come here often just because I always work later shifts and I actually had last night off. Whenever I do come here the food is always so delicious and the drinks are amazing! I love the atmosphere and the bartender is so nice. She always does such a great job! I definitely recommend this place it is one of my favorites.

From the moment we walked in,the staff acknowledged us and we were seated immediately. From the hostess to our waitress all were very friendly and attentive.Very Comfortable atmosphere for meeting with friends and a date.The appetizers were hot and delicious 😋!! My husband a critic to how the temperature of his food is when eating out and I Must say he was Extremely happy 😊 his food was to perfection aswell as mine!!! I had catfish with asparagus and he had the porkchop with the bone intact .The portions were very big and we were Wowed by the food presentation!!Great place to dine in the heart of downtown Valparaiso Indiana.☆☆☆☆

My husband and I have visited multiple times. The food is Always great. I'm always excited to see there specials. They have some unique combinations of food on there Menu. My favorite is probably there pint of pig. Wish I had pic of it, but I do have one of a special they last fall. It was sausage and cheese curd Taco. Sounds odd,but delicious. Definitely plan to visit many more times.

First, I would start by saying the service was great. Our server was fast and attentive; she was very good. However the food made it an overall lackluster experience. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary dinner, expecting good food. And it was good (I got sliders and the broccoli soup on special)....but nothing special. And definitely not worth the prices being charged. The sliders were juicy but pretty plain, and the broccoli soup was mealy and not very creamy. I would return again but I think I'd go in a group and share the small plates, because the appetizers were the best thing we ate there. The chips were quite outstanding!

Lincoln Flats is a great spot on the edge of Valpo's downtown. The menu changes often, and there are weekly food and drink specials. Items off the menu are consistently good, but the features can be hits or misses. I don't have anything *bad* to say about meals I've eaten, but some of the features were just not what I was expecting. Despite this, I still want to go back! The service is consistently excellent. Lincoln Flats is definitely worth checking out.
