Delicious food. Ordered the Italian beef with mozzarella cheese sandwich with peppercciinis on the side and fries. Absolutely delicious. Kind waitresses and it's very comfy and cozy place to eat. Try it. I'm sure you'll agree with me.

Diamond in the rough. The absolute BEST breakfast place I have ever been to. All my friends love it and my boyfriend has been obsessed with this restaurant since I introduced him to it. We make a point to go at least once a month - that's how good the food and service is. Not to mention it's affordable. We love Phil B's!!

Good food, I eat there every Saturday, the waitresses memorized my favorite order, & their very Cute & Adorable! I tell everyone about there and will recommend going there for sure!

I guess i set my expectations a bit high when i heard my coworkers talk about the hamburgers, now do not get me wrong they are good, I just was expecting more of a WOW than a good. Now everyone is different and like I said I may have set my expectations too high but for $10.00 maybe not

Classic diner. Great food. Prompt and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. I ordered the veggie omelet and I was delighted by the variety and amount of veggies stuffed I used. Hash browns are perfect. Will definitely visit again.

Phil-B's is a locally owned breakfast and lunch Cafe that serves excellent food. My wife and grandson have been there many times and the little guy always wants to go there. I think everyone will enjoy it.

We went for the famous crispy granola French toast, I thought it was full of grease but my friend enjoyed it. So it's a 50/50 review on that. I would love to see a baked option! The Service was polite and fast.
Love the swordfish and skylights.
The prices were a bit steep for only two egg plates. Hate to compare but Round the clock gives more for less.
Note to the owner: check other restaurants so you can compare your prices.
