Meditrina Market Cafe

It’s a place that you don’t wanna miss if in the city. The setting is beautiful and cozy. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a small space so you might wanna make reservations. Vegetarian vegan friendly. We tried feta stuffed dates, soup of the day and falafel sandwich. The concentrated pomegranate served with feta stuffed dates was divine. Soup was really warm and filling. Baklava is a must try, perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. The service is super good. They are really warm and welcoming. Majority staff was women, which was truly special to see. Great job you all. We loved this place and definitely recommend it.👍🏼

Such fresh delicious food. Love that they have specials so you can try something different each time. We started with the bacon wrapped dates. I love these. I make them myself but theirs is better than mine. Their bacon quality is top notch. Would love to know where they get it from. It was also in my dish, the warm lentil salad with bacon and goat cheese. I added salmon. Soo good. My fiance had one of the specials, a gyro. He was quite happy with the variety in the plate. And the rice! If you like dill, definitely try it. Decor is cute too! We DEFINITELY will be back. We just don't live close by this will have to be one of our Valpo go to's.

Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly!!! If you are in Valparaiso, and hungry, you need to stop here. It is and has everything a vegan or vegetarian could like. The outside seating was ever so lovely and what a great atmosphere. They do close between dinner and lunch. Their hours on google are up to date and i suggest being early for your date. The seating is a little limited but so worth it:)

Wonderful experience at Meditrina. I was greater with kind service and helpful reccomedations. The food is fantastic flavorful Mediterranean cuisine. Pair the Rosewater Lemonade with the Vegetarian Combo plate to try a bit of everything; includes Falafel, Grape Leaves, Hummus and delightful thin pita.
