San Marcos

Ordered tacos without onions and they came with a lot of onions. Had to individually pick out all the onions. Server did not come back to the table until everyone was done eating. Enchiladas had super hard old tortillas. When the server finally came to check up on us, he said oh well would you like another plate? (In Spanish since we spoke to him in Spanish) Why would we want another plate of the same food we didn’t like? When we paid our bill and they asked if things were good, we said no. She giggled and said oh I’m sorry. But did not offer a discount. We were just passing through but hope no one else thinks it’s good. Do not recommend

Service was great but the food wasn't as good as I remember it being in the past. It has been 2 years since I have eaten here and I'm not sure if it's has changed or that the Mexican restaurant that I frequent now that I don't live in the area is just a lot better and I have gotten use to it or what. It was not terrible just not the best in my opinion.

Awesome Mexican restaurant! The owner of this restaurant has been in business at this location for over 7 years and in the restaurant business overall over 19 yrs. He personally greets all patrons and makes sure everything is great. This has been the third time going here and will not be our last. Highly recommend this place even if one had to drive several miles to get here, you would not be disappointed. The fee food is abundantly flavorfull and the portions are large. The salsa and chips are wonderful too! The service is exceptional and efficient. The restaurant seating area and the restrooms are super clean and their posted health rating is 100%. Need I say more? Definitely a 5 star plus restaurant.

Today my husband, who liked your food, drove from LaGrange to eat there. His food came out cold. He sent it to be made hot. Came out cold again. Waiter said "well I put it in the microwave. What do you expect me to do? " of course the manager was "off today". Snotty young lady barely listened to feedback. Good enough food. Pathetic service. Will never go back.
