Since the start of summer ONLY this location CLOSES between 12am to 5am to save money. It is not because they are sanitizing I've been told by staff they have nobody there they violate company policy and have been doing so for over a year now. Please 7/11 fix this stores managment issues (fire Patel) and we will start voting 5 stars

Hey Guys,
Currently 5:55 a.m 09/04/21 the area is CLOSED. Their page says open 24/7 not true as you can see. I've had some chats in the parking lot and many have mentioned the employee sleeps between ⚠️2am - 5/6am so might not want to stop by those hours⚠️. They have good coffee which is why I come here😆 and their taquitos.

I don't know what happened but this place is becoming more and more disappointing. Went for a slushie. No tops that fit the cups. Hot dogs weren't fresh. No ketchup. The other food items looked like they've been there a LONG time. Not enough staff. They're not familiar with their own sale items and i was overcharged. Couldn't use my phone number for points. Was told I had to use app. Since when???

Closes at 12am to save money and hours the boss Patel is the one choosing to violate company policy. This is the ONLY store open remotely past 10pm and now it's not an option.
I'm calling corporate and you all should to and tell them Patel the manager is telling Hai employees to close early

The older lady with the glasses at the register is extremely rude and condescending. I always use mobile checkout and then scan on the way out. I guess their scanner was not working and she was asking me to pay again for the item which i already paid for. If the scanner doesn't work, have a sign on it to show that. otherwise, how would anyone know. she then got nasty telling me she knows her job and i need to call 1800 711 which isn't a number. There use to be a man who was so kind that managed this place. that lady is rude and i will not visit this place even though it is across the street from work.

THE WORST 7ELEVEN EVER!!! Every since new ownership has come in they are disrespectful to the people who live in this area. They have an employee who sleeps in the store from 2am to 5-530am..NO ENTRY UNTIL 5 -5:30AM SINCE WHEN!! leaving elderly patrons outside banging on the door. This was a neighborhood store.. I rather go to one one merrick than to be treated with such disrespect.

This place used to be five stars with me. I do not know what happened, maybe new owners, but they have completely ruined it and should be forced to sell and never, ever own a store again. They have completely destroyed a nice, inviting store. Everyone that worked there knew everyone’s name and were so friendly. One day I came in and you could just sense the tension and unhappiness. Seems like they all left, and the joke of a workforce they have there now makes me avoid this store like the plague. Everyone looks so miserable, and are worthless if you need help with something. Not to mention the prices jumped 10-20 % overnight. Drive a little farther and go to the next 7-Eleven. I know all my coworkers and I now do.
