Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered from Grubhub. Specifically put in the order “include utensils and napkins” and they didn’t. I’ve ordered from here before and 90% of the time it’s almost never included. Just wanted to give this location another chance but not anymore if they get paid $17 an hour and can’t even put in a fork and a napkin

This site was out of guacamole and lettuce. The bathrooms are closed they're a whole bunch of tables stacked up in the corner blocking the bathrooms. The salsa and the beans for the burritos all like flavor. The tables were all dirty. The place look like it was ransacked and they were running out of it absolutely everything. I've been to other locations and they've been great I don't know if it's a staffing issue but it also is a management issue because they weren't ordering supplies for the stuff. We had just left six flags Discovery Kingdom and that's when nice thing is that it is close to six flags. The other issue is that there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot because there's a Chick-fil-A near there with very long lines. It did fill our bellies but I was wondering what the place being a mess and I'm not being able to keep it up if they were keeping up with checking the temperatures of the food and such.

I didn’t even know chipotle could be nasty. Every time I order from here, the quality gets worse. I ordered from DoorDash trying not to spread Covid and the food was just terrible. The lettuce they put on top wasn’t the original lettuce that’s served, looks like the my opened a bag of iceberg lettuce from the grocery story and spilled it on top. For whatever reason this location does not believe in fajitas; no matter the time of day you order. I won’t be coming to this location again

We ordered online, went to the store and had to wait 10 minutes from some to give us our online order. I get home and all that was in my bowl was rice and meat no beans or lettuce or corn that was on my order. My other two bowls where completely mess up and cold. I will never go to the Vallejo Chipotle again. I hope they close this location

Unfortunately, I have to update my review from 5 stars. There was a review saying that employees were working being seek with Covid. I recently received same info about other Chipotle location. I do not think I am going to go to Chipotle anymore. It is just not ok to do this. Sad, I liked it, and employees are doing hard work. I wish one of those forces to work sick made it publicly known. This is our favorite Chipotle place. It always has great service ( with only 1 time single tiny exception). Staff always works great, put great dishes! Here is usually very fresh great food. Our last few times, though, chicken was not very good, and on prior visits - beans. I hope those were just occasions. The view is outstanding. We love to eat here overlooking the mountains.
