Bad customer service when it comes to the cooks and the Manager backs them up… The cooks talk recklessly to customers and nothing is done about it. The Manager doesn’t ask what’s wrong, just gives a refund WOW (Be careful eating here because they like to touch the counters play around in the kitchen with each other’s hair, touch all over each others shirts without washing their hands)

This pizza might as well be cardboard. It's burnt, stale, and cold. Literally just left their store with it, and I am impressed with just how bad the service is. The cashier grabbed the pizza and slammed it on the counter without saying a word! Rolled his eyes at me bc I guess we didn't match in pigment.

I always go here. However, the pizza was horrible this time. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza, but they messed up the order by putting pepperoni on it. I informed the worker, and he said my correct order will be ready in 5 minutes. When I got my correct pizza, it looked like he just removed the pepperoni from the previous pizza, added more cheese to it, and ran it through the oven again. Not to mention, the crust was not the usual crust. It was bumpy, crusty, and stale. Also, it tasted very old. Very disappointed, tragic.

I told the employee I wanted a pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, and soda. I was charged almost $15.00. I noticed the deal on the counter for $10.99 for the exact same thing. I asked the employee why wasn't I charged this price. He said I was given a extra pepperoni pizza that is not apart of the deal and they are the only pizza hot and ready. I told him I didn't ask for extra pepperoni pizza and he should have asked if he was unclear to what I wanted.

I placed an order online when I arrived it wasn’t in the system. The young man at the register had no problem still accommodating me no questions asked and Apologized for my problem. He got my food ordered and offered a brownie and bread. While I waited I realized the error must have been on my end, even though I had screenshotted my order and wait time, and showed this to him upon arrival, no change had been charged to my card so I must have done something wrong due to this was my first time using their online portal. So I then asked him to re-ring up my order and I paid at the location. I appreciate outstanding customer service and employees who take the time to resolve a mishap because this is rare and genuine. I will be returning in the future all thanks to the cashier at the register on 6/17/22 at 20:15pm. I never write reviews but he deserves that.

They didn't have many "hot n ready" menu items available but the pizza they did have ready was hot and topped sufficiently.
