Very cool vibe, great food and service! Jackie took care of us and did an amazing job! The blazing saddles whiskey drink was refreshing and enjoyable. We got (sorry not pictured) the shrimp aquachili, wild boar chili and creamy tomato soup for apps. All were amazing!!! For entrees we got the Scottis
Nice place, super attentive and friendly staff. The wagyu bourbon burger with broccolini was delicious. The Caesar Salad with chicken didn't seem worth the price but overall a nice pit stop lunch on our way thru Colorado.

This place was beautiful. However the bar tender never filled my water or asked me how my food was. I was right at the bar we made eye contact ever 5 minutes or so... I was traveling alone after 3 days in the car I stopped in. I felt out of place and everyone including the staff treated me that way.
