Jack In The Box

Corporation needs to take care of this location. We ordered combos and their coke machine was not working. We were still charged as if if they gave us a coke. We had to go to front store “Minits” to purchase our drinks. The napkins were like the ones you buy at the store “rolls”. The restrooms were filthy. The food. I was very upset I got curly fries that seemed from the day before. Why is it that the close fast food restaurants are to the border the less they are taken care of?! Oh and no AC in location. We are here two months for a demo job & never going back again..

The staff in Jack in the box was incredible! They were so attentive and well spoken. I wish I had the name of the young man who helped me because he went above and beyond to serve me! This is a must stop if you are going to Uvalde TX. Keep up the good work guys and even the ones behind the scenes who makes it easy for everyone else..

Guy at the counter was not very interested in doing customer service. Soda machine in lobby not working. Only one other customer in the place before I got there. Tables next to where I sat was dirty before I got the and still dirty 30 minutes later when I left. No other customers came in while while I was there. Most likely will not be back.

This was a pretty terrible experience all around. From ordering and constantly having to correct the young lady (who was most likely stoned off her mind) when she read back our order, to being asked to pull up front while they prepared our meals, only to be handed the wrong order and no drinks. So in my husband went to get what we paid for and return the unordered items. They gave him the right food order but still managed to get our drinks wrong. Fine. Annoying but whatever…it happens. Finally get our correct order and drive off. My husband takes one bite and immediately spits it out saying he’s not even sure his burger is fully cooked as it was cold and didn’t taste right. So we pull over to the closest gas station, throw away our food and go inside the gas station to get something to eat. Jack in the Box of Uvalde…DO BETTER or just close bc that was absolutely terrible.
