Food was decent but took a few minutes to get. Wasn't extremely busy. More like the crew was not communicating. I could hear it while waiting for my order. Dining area looks good as it's recently been renovated.

I had the worst sandwich I have ever had at Arby's. The MF Turkey Bacon Ranch. It was dry, hardly no ranch at all, bread was hard, it had about 1/2 a head of lettuce on it. Just had by far the worst ever from Arby's urbana. I'm not sure what is going on but the Reubens had no sauerkraut and ordered and paid for 3 roast beef sliders with cheddar cheese sauce and got sliced cheddar. Will not return. Now I know why it's always looking like it's closed.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. We waited in line for 20 minutes just for our buns to be literally stale and hard and the onions on top were BLACK and had a disgusting taste to them. Will never ever ever be coming back to this arbys again.
