We celebrated my sons party here for 100 people and we loved it!!! They helped us before and after the party and they were very nice!!! I would recommend them for people who's looking for a party place. They will set the tables for you. My guest likes their food too!!! I will comeback here for a party and casual dinner or get together in this place absolutely!!!
Amazing Wednesday buffet the food was so delicious! Having good restaurant quality Chinese and getting to eat as much as I wanted was the best! Great service too! Will definitely be back again!
I've never had a bad experience with Dragon Lake Chinese cuisine. The wait staff is always friendly the food is always good I am a customer and I certify this message
If you're in the area and looking for good Chinese food then definitely try this place. Personal favorite is the Lemon Chicken platter with Fried Rice , Egg Roll and Egg Drop Soup. Buffets available on Wednesdays but call for details on hours for it.
We always have a good experience at Dragon Lake! It's been our favorite chinese food restaurant for many years.
Had the best dumplings ever. Everything was fresh and good. Served in true family style. Our family loved it. Don't understand why it was not crowded. We will definitely make it a regular.

Had a great experience with our family. My son accidentally spilled his drink and the waitress helped us clean it up and kept telling my son it was ok. She brought him a new drink, fixed it the way he had it originally, and told him accidents happen, not to worry. She was very sweet and understanding. The food was hot and delicious We will definitely be back!
Great food for the southern soul. Love everything in your menu, especially the egg rolls, crab rangoon, lemon sauce fried chicken cutlets, and (my daughter's favorite) egg drop soup! A must eat!

Great All Around Family Chinese. Only a PJ Chang enthisiast wanting Chevy price and Chang quality and ambiance would slam this terrific neighborhood Chinese place. The food is very good, it's a family atmosphere in "da hood", and the prices are nowhere near Chang level. Try 'em...you'll be more than satisfied :)
I enjoyed the lo mein and fried rice very much but it's in a tough competition area
Ambiance is good, service is ok, cashew chicken is good to start but then the sauce starts to become overwhelming. Sweet and sour chicken is less than a pallet pleaser but for the price it is tolarable. If you are short on cash but crave Chinese this is the place to be.
Nice lunch. Went today for lunch and had the Mongolian Beef and it was delicious and was a very nice sized portion. Had the wonton soup and was disapointed I did not get any fried wontons with it but it was good. The waitress gave off a cold vibe but the service wasn't bad.

Decent...... I'm an Asian who was raised in Hawaii so I think that I know what good Chinese food is. Unfortunately I have not found anything that I can say is great in San Antonio. I think that the last time I had REALLY good chinese food was in San Francisco several years ago. Im not a fan of the buffets or the Panda Express's that have popped up all over town. I am lucky enough to live two blocks away from Dragon Lake tho. I think that its the only good Chinese place that I've eaten in this town. The food is fresh and hot and the vegetables arent cooked to a mush like they are at some other places in town. I love the the veggies are still a little crunchy like they should be. I'm a fan of their House Special Won Ton soup and I order that from them a lot. Ive have never tried the buffet that they have there but the selection looks limited. Actually in the 12 years that I have lived here I have never eaten at Dragon Lake. I have always gotten my food to go. I wish that they offered delivery. Since Ive lived here Ive been surprised by the limited places that offer delivery. Back home even KFC delivered. The food is decent. I will continue to keep going there until they give me a reason not to anymore.
Terrific Chinese food!. Great lunch specials; everything is fresh; the egg drop soup is wonderful and the egg rolls are crisp and tasty. The lunch specials are a great bargain, with huge servings and moderate prices. I usually need a take home box. Good service!
