We in the past have ate at this location many times and were sad that we wanted NO CHEESE on the roast beef sandwich offered at 2 for $6.00 and were told that would not happen .We had to take it as it was.
Traveling back to your home town was slightly tainted by this type of service.
The sandwiches were ok the service NOT SO MUCH.

I want to like this Arby’s, but they make it just to hard to. I’d you ask the drive through employee a question . You are looked at as if you’re speaking a different language. The hours of availability sucked for for the past few months. 12 pm to 6 pm is just unacceptable.

I ordered a large fry and Reuben at the drivethru. When I opened the bag, the large fry was only half full and the Reuben had hardly any meat. Very disappointed ☹️

This is the best Arby's around. I've tried others always come back here. Love this place. Alex the manager will treat you right he is an awesome guy.

I absolutely understand short staffing but this specific location on several occasions just... closes. They do not post signs, nothing. Today around 730 an employee even came outside the back door near the drive through and looked right at us sitting and waiting then went back inside. We sat at the speaker several minutes and no one said anything to let us know they were closed -and there were several employees inside. Honestly I guess at this point I'm just assuming they were closed since it's a better option than thinking they were blatantly ignoring us. Not sure how long the person before or after us sat there either. It's one thing to have to make the decision to close, it's absolutely poor service to let people just sit there when it takes 30 seconds to say something. I feel bad having to even post this because it's likely not the employees' fault -but it is their choice to let people sitting there feeling ridiculous and ignored.

Sat in drive thru 3/18 for 35 minutes. When a lady went to the window to ask why they won’t take a customers order sitting and waiting the young guys said no we are closed??? Friday at8:00? Didn’t have enough respect to come out and tell the 10 cars waiting in line??? If Green residents support this business your making a big mistake.

I went to the drive-through I asked the lady for spicy chicken sandwiches she didn’t hear me and she got my order wrong when I got to the window I have regular chicken sandwiches and I asked for a orange HighC she had a red HighC I don’t drink red products they proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t going to give me a different drink and I had a drink that I asked for another one and he gave me another one when I call back up there so that her know that I don’t eat regular chicken sandwiches I asked for spicy chips try to argue with me very bad customer service they seem to have very bad attitude and that they were irritated all day today if they don’t like their job than a shouldve applied have a better attitude

I truck a 32 foot box truck call the location and was told to walk thru the drive thru cause inside is closed which puts my safety at risk and when asked who I’m speaking with was told what does that matter please don’t waste your time or money at this location. VERY RUDE
