Terrible. Do better. Also if you’re working with food, keep your un-gloved hands off your pants. Buy a belt. Wear an apron and wash your hands after going to the register. Or wear gloves and change them. Frequently. Approach your customers with a greeting, thank them for coming in. Basic retail.
Edit: Food was edible but essentially uncut. The attempt that was made could be considered sarcasm. I rewarmed it when I got home.

I've ordered from this location 4 times in the past couple months. Zero of those times were really any good. Last night my order was estimated to be there at 8:57pm and didn't show up until 9:40pm. It was all cold and hardly had any sauce on the pizza. There was also 3 random banana peppers on one of my pizzas. There was no sauce for the breadsticks. They gave me one 20 oz dr pepper when I ordered a 2L and said "I thought I brought two bc we were out of 2L" 2 still wouldn't have been the same as a 2L.

Was very disappointed...I'm not sure if it was because it was only 2 young ladies working and they obviously overworked. I called in my order, arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn't ready and the young lady apologized. I came back got my food and the pizza had very little sauce, the crust was hard and my wings were flavorless.

horrible treatment towards me, my order was stolen or that is your assumption because it marks as delivered and it is not. I was 2 hours waiting for my order which never came (8:30-10:40). I called to make a claim and they did not want to return my money, the only thing they offered me was to give me a credit in their store. which I was forced to accept because he gave me no choice. I called more than 3 times and 2 of them did not even want to help me and they cut me off the call, the employee and manager who works on Saturdays in the time range I gave (8:30-10:40) were the same. I guess I’ll just add to the recent onslaught of horrific posts. Not sure what I gave them a second chance. I ordered from the site last week at 10:30. Order successful and estimated to arrived at 11:15. Zero update to to the order ever. Tonight I placed an order at 9:30. THEY CLOSE AT 11:00! I was updated that my order was being made and at 10:30 decided to call. They transferred me to the local store which is evidently closed, as I learned when I called back after sitting on hold for 25 minutes. So they were transferring me to a ‘manager’ who never picked up.
Why in the world would you accept orders for a store that’s closed!? Twice in a week to the same customer? This has to be happening in mass quantity. Fire the manager and move on!!!!!

We ordered pizza at 7:30. Never showed up. Called and tried to see if we could get a delivery charge and tip refund and not possible bc “they can’t do it thru Apple Pay”. I guess literally anyone could’ve out-pizza’s the hut tonight.

Pizza showed up hour and half late. Tried calling store and sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered after waiting for an hour for the pizza. Had to call corporate office to try and cancel order and get refund. Horrible experience and apparently not the only as several others at the time have expressed same experience.

Everything was delivered really quick; pizzas were tasty, and the boneless wings are killer! (Highly recommend Buffalo Medium). A warm cookie for dessert, and now we have happy bellies!
