Creations By Laura Bakery & Cafe

For Christmas at work my manager gave us the most beautiful box of Cocoa Bombs I've ever seen. Checking the gold seal, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were made right here in Union by Creations by Laura! I'm picky about gifts of baked goods and candies sold locally, as I put them up against other, nationally-known goods that I can buy online. These are RIGHT up at the top, with no compromise in ANY category. Five-Star all the way. I'll go with local-first any day with this kind of quality. Wow! Just wow!

My husband requested a family tree birthday cake and they knocked it out of the park. It was the most beautiful cake I've ever had & was delicious too! Everyone went nuts over the cake, especially in the genealogy community. I would absolutely recommend Creations by Laura and will be using them again.

Laura and her staff were wonderful to work with. Even though the venue we booked for our wedding said they take care of ordering the cake, Laura did not mind at all that I stopped in to ask questions directly with her. We originally chose two flavors four our four tier (carrot/cream cheese and snicker doodle/cream cheese), but with Laura's help we decided change one of the four layers to what she said was her most popular (fresh strawberry filling with vanilla frosting). She also gave me ideas for creating our own cake topper. The cake was exactly how we pictured it would be and turned out perfect! It was rustic-chic. At then end of the night, we realized we only had one bite of the cake at the cutting. That one bite was delicious! Guests raved about the cake and many commented on how yummy the strawberry was! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will recommend Creations By Laura to others.

I ordered half of a sheet cake for my wifes 50th Birthday. The cake was decorated very nicely, but the actual cake was over baked and dry. I sent pic to owner of the dark brown edges. She did say she would give me half off my next order. Next order! She offered a full return on my purchase if, no one had eaten any, that's how we new it was over baked.
