Kung Fu Tea

I used to go here a lot for over a year. Not sure what happened but the past couple of months, the few times I stopped by, the drink I got did not seem like it was properly mixed. There would be times when the drink would taste super sweet, then flavorless on the next sip. It also seems like the drink as a whole went down a lot in quality, including the tapioca. I used to go out of my way to get a drink here but it is not worth it anymore. The bubble tea here is easily the worst one out of 9 that I have been through in NJ so far.

This young man with a.....disturbing bandana handed me my order yet he had such an aggressive tone and uninviting face. I didn't feel very welcomed.... Also there is such a lack of staff that it takes way to long to get my orders. I recall a lot more employees being at this location but it has become so unprofessional that I don't think I'll be recommending this place to my friends and family any longer....

I came here a few weeks ago to go to bonchon, and I heard a lot of yelling at kung fu tea from what I assume would be a manager. He was yelling at their employees and threatening to fire them which was so unprofessional because they weren't even closed. I can tell they don't treat their employees right so don't waste your money here.

Used to come to this place before I moved to another state, the drink selection was plentiful and the quality was superb. I recently moved back to NJ to which nostalgia came over me and I went back to this location. They had an inexcusable amount of product not in stock so I settled for a drink that I really didn’t even enjoy. Go back once again as my sister wanted to go and once again many things missing so I got yet another drink that tasted flavorless. Third times a charm they say as I go back again where they were missing so many items once again, I didn’t even order anything this time. It’s very unfortunate because this was probably my favourite place to go for a beverage but not having anything in stock at all times is just inexcusable. At first I thought it was just my luck but it seems they never have anything and other reviews here seem to suggest the same thing. Not to mention one time I didn’t tip (which I normally do but this time I didnt) they tipped themselves 20% which is stealing. I understand it was only an extra dollar and a few cents but it’s more about principle than the money in general. If I don’t tip that is my decision, perhaps instead of taking my money ponder on why I decided not to. You’ll have better luck going to a further location rather than dealing with the disappointment this establish will serve you

I love going to this place. They always have my drink in stock. Passion fruit lush with mango boba. It is true what some of the reviews says about them barely having things. But as someone who used to work in the area. This is the location the high schoolers from the area go to get drinks. So if the drinks are sold out its because of it. There rewards system is great. If you order thorugh online you build points towards free drinks.
