Happi Jax

Love this place, been going since I was a kid. Only thing is: They might say they close at 9 but plan to show up at least half an hour before then or you're liable to get a window slammed shut in your face. Id understand if it was a full-blown restaurant, but how much of a mess is it to scoop some ice cream onto a cone to be denying customers at 8:42?

My family has been going to Happi Jax for years. They have a fantastic staff made up of mostly high school aged kids. Last night I witnessed a woman so upset because she had to order her ice cream from the ice cream window which is clearly stated out front. She made such a scene the poor girl working the counter was in tears. I have never seen a Karen in the wild until that point. If I were the owner I would ask that Karen to never come back. There were at least 15 of us 10 feet away in shock. The woman with her was so embarrassed. Don't be a Karen. These are kids.

Horrible management. Owner is very rude when responding to complaints. Food had been contaminated with a gooie substance and the profanity used by the girls running the counter . awful burger and im honestly sick to my stomach. What a disgusting atmosphere to have children around. Your establishment is poorly run and honestly a sad excuse for a food joint.
