I haven’t been to this location in months because during my last visit, the wings had bull horn type of feathers longer than the wings itself. I allowed my passenger to take pictures and post causing it to go viral. Now I’m back giving this particular location another try since it’s the closest location near my home. Awful! Awful! Awful! Something is definitely wrong with their chicken. Also, the misconduct of their staff should not be overlooked. The employees are rude and disrespectful and the manager is just as bad. Customers should not be greeted with cashiers on their cellphones and popping chewing gum. No leadership, organization or customer service skills. If corporate would start sending eye spy(s) to the lowest rated locations, maybe their will be changes.

For this to be a multi million/billion dollar establishment, yall really can't properly clean your chicken? I wanted to eat chicken, not chicken and feathers.. I contacted Popeyes via Twitter, which they promised I would get a response from the restaurant... AND NOTHING!!! I'm pretty disgusting with this location and would never go back.. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!

Please, if you're the manager general manager, and/or franchise owner, offer more for minimum wage so your workers can actually stay and be fully staffed. I don't know how this location loads a slammed shift to 4 employees especially on weekends. If you do mobile ordering like me, don't order at this location, takes forever to get an already paid meal. If you don't use mobile ordering, please just start, it'll make things faster and easier to customize your order. I don't blame the staff, management needs to do better and covid restrictions are lifted. Open the dining room at least for pick up orders. It'll make the business smoother.

I visited here Sunday, 3/20/22 around 9:30PM. The line was wrapped around the building, but I honestly had no choice as I had two hungry, restless(from 5 plus hours trip) kids and had stopped at two other restaurants who were "closed" and didn't have any chicken. It did take a while about 30 minutes to receive my food but that was expected. Before I ordered, I was told they were out of a few items. I was greeted at the window by a nice young man. He gave me hot, fresh food and a smile. It really made my night. Thank you for the customer service. Y'all should really have better reviews because this place has came a long way since opening and they are ALWAYS busy. I encourage others to give them some grace. Be thankful that people actually come to work.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo that was obviously old due to the bun being hard at the top. The fries were scarce but I was hungry and didn't complain. The restaurant itself was clean and the service was great, just didn't enjoy the meal. I'll try again another day.

I don't understand why any of the fast food restaurants in this area Are always out of menu items.
I also don't understand why they don't write a note and leave it at the beginning of the drive-through line to let you know. This would help customers to decide whether they would like to wait in the line at all to place an order and probably make it easier on the workers because on the workers because they won't have to constantly tell people they are out of items.
It is always ridiculously packed at this Popeyes. If I'm craving popeye's chicken I have to make sure that I go an hour before I'm ready to eat just to make time for how long I'll be in the drive-through. Walking into the restaurant is no different.

This store location is horrible. I would never eat here but unfortunately i do have to come here when i deliver food for extra cash and every time no matter the time of day the inside lobby is closed and you are going to wait at least 45minutes before you get to the window to order (you are better off going to an actual sit down restaurant. You will get your food faster) Once you get to the window 9/10 they are going to give you a full laundry list of the items they do not have and 9/10 if you are doing deliveries they will also say that you have to let the customer know to cancel their order cause they turned their mobile order machine off. Yep after you sat in that line that wraps around the building all that time smh

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, finally get to the speaker to be told that they were closed at 5:30PM on a Saturday evening. I was excited when this location came about as it was close to my home but over time it has gone down hill. There is always a problem w/ my orders or team members. Today was my first back at this location in a long time thinking things may have gotten better and they haven’t. Will not visit this location again!
