Round Table Pizza

The pizza is great but that’s probably the only thing. These guys are super stingy with literally everything else. Ordered 12 breadsticks? Here’s a single 1/4 filled marinara sauce cup. Need plates? How many people are eating? *proceeds to split and count the paper plates* Cheese and pepper? Forgettaboutit It’s as funny as it is annoying, so I wouldn’t advise ordering anything but the pizza itself.

Pizza is good but poor customer service. Picked up my pizza and asked the lady (forgot to get her name but I think she's Latina) if I can have some cheese powder packets. She told me I didn't request for it and showed me the receipt. I asked again and she said the same thing. So weird she was so stingy with cheese packets. Come on, like seriously??!!

We ordered a pizza online and picked it 15 minutes after I placed the order, 5 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. They gave us super COLD pizza, the crust is not what I ordered and it is rudely tossed mess together. Frozen pizza is 10 times better. Round table is supposed to be so much better, not sure how their location is in business

As far as chains are concerned this is the worst. The manager is unqualified and caused some of us to wait 45 minutes after the time they had told us our pizza would be ready. I hope they can improve. One of the reasons we had to wait so long was she couldn't figure out how to run our credit card. Time for a mutiny!

Last time I ordered I had a terrible Experience, Perhaps it was just a Fluke. So I decided to give this location another go at it. I placed an order to be picked up at a later time, Though Whoever i spoke to, Made it clear that they could not deleiiver or at least start Delivering till around 5 pm. So- yeah, that would work, Since I had to be at my job for the rest of the evening, I went ahead and placed the order. Upon giving the person the credentials to pay for this order, I did request a confirmation Number, So Instead, She insisted, that number would be on the receipt. Alright- everything was set, I went to my job as per Usual and My kids would have dinner for the firday Evening. Unfortunately, My boys then kept calling me as to where was the food that I had pre-ordered. So long story short, My family did not recieve what I had pre-ordered in advance til almost 3 Hours later from the promised delivery start time. Plus- I did not get a receipt, So we called this location and they insisted that in order to get a reciept, I would need to come in. Ya- can't do that - im all the way across the bay in S.F. At this point I should demand a Full refund. Cold food- that was supposed to be hot an fresh was not. This is the final nail in the coffin and instead I will let thier reputation precede them, Me personally? NEVER EVER AGAIN. If you decide to order from this location, Good luck and God speed. These people just Do not care.

On several occassions , We have tried to call ahead to get our favorite pizza, My recommendation? Go somewhere else- Why,? Well for whatever reason the Toppings are super skimpy, they seemed to be cut so thin, that after it's cooked, they shrivel into nothing. The worst part is having to call ahead and then show up, ONLY to have to wait another 25 Minutes on top of the promised time.

I have been going to Round Table Pizza restaurants since 1966. Over the years I have found that some do not follow the original program of excellence. This was back to basics: lots of fresh delicious ingredients. the meats were delicious. the owner is pleasant and is there to make sure all is going well. Great experience. Ordered two pizzas for the office and got great prompt delivery. The Pepperoni and Ham and Pineapple Pizzas were delicious. They provided plates, napkins, cheese and peppers. The delivery person was very polite. Will certainly order again.
