Dunkin'

They don’t pay attention to what you ordered. Specifically asked for 1 pump of vanilla but it tastes like they dumped the whole bottle of syrup. Ordered avocado “toast” but my bread was soft/soggy lol definitely was not toasted at all and they wrapped it in a bag instead of a box so the avocado was smeared off. Very sad breakfast

UPDATE: WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 2022: I have no idea if this Dunkin' Donuts has changed. I was at the Prescription Pharmacy yesterday, Tuesday, July 5, 2022, but did not stop in at the Dunkin' Donuts location thais a few yards away from Prescription Pharmacy. The coffee was pretty good, and the service was better than the last time I visited.

Not the best location. Have been here a few times but think it might be my last. Employees don't tend to customers right away. Twice I had been left waiting at the counter while employees walked by without the slightest acknowledgment that I was there. The iced drinks are made with way too much milk/cream. Barely taste coffee at all in them and one employee had a bit of an attitude after I asked (politely) if he can remake.

this place just never improves! the workers either don't wear a mask at all while they're making your order or only cover their mouths! i don't get it! are we not living in a pandemic? of course, you can't even say anything for fear they'll do something to your drink! i had to come home and boil my drink to have it with some peace of mind. i forgot to mention about the workers just sitting on the counter as you walk in and you have to ask if they're actually working...

Worst experience ever. I came at 7am with my friend after getting out of work. As soon we get in. A male Hispanic boy was talking to a girl, both weren’t wearing mask. And knowing customers shouldn’t be eating there since the pandemic. The girl wasn’t a worker at all and kept making eyes at us. She was clearly mad because we were there. Both were sitting down and talking while another employee was working behind the counter. As soon he saw us he rolled his eyes and huffed. We were upset about this. It made us not want to order at all but after working a 14 hour shift we were desperate for coffee. If he didn’t want to work in the morning. Then don’t. He shouldn’t be acting this way. He was my cashier. As I was ordering he was rude and horrible. I will be contacting manager about this.

On Oct 06 at 1047 am I witness how rude a staff was at Dunkin on 20 Street and Bergenline. An older lady came in asking for Romaine and the one making the sandwich stated "if you don't see her here now, what do you think? Is that a way to talk to customers, specially our seniors. Thank God the lady did not hear it, so she asked again "is the manager here" then the tone change drastically. I'm appalled that this is how your staff speaks to their customers. Wheres the customer service aspect here? May i almost mention, when did jeans and sweatshirts consider uniforms.

All of these 5 start rating have to be fake because it's Dirty not clean looking place Very bad poor customer service asked to use the restroom before I bought a coffee and the Spanish little girl working there @1050am with faded red hair was very rude acting ghetto and nasty about it as far as I know no store is allowed to do that. Glad it happen because it reminded me of the last time I saw asted $2on a 10oz coffee that was the worst tasting dish water coffee ever.
