Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

This place just opened so we thought we would give it a shot. They are not quick and there may be some language barrier to getting what you expect. I got shrimp and had asked for tartar sauce. The gentleman seemed to say they had it but it turned out they don't and gave me some asian sweet sauce with a little spice. The shrimp was just ok and lacked what I wanted to have with it. The fried chicken was very juicy and seemed freshly fried. Unfortunately the chicken and the breading was lacking flavor. The rolls are something like a standard soft dinner roll that is served cold and not buttered. I have no plans to come back, it's no Popeyes and I doubt its famous.

This restaurant gets 5 stars because they delivered on a fast food meal that is affordable and well made. Staff here doesn’t know English well, but are friendly. Service is a bit slow, but restaurant is clean, staff is pleasant and food is yummy! Fried chicken is super juicy and tasty, not sure why people are saying it’s tasteless on these reviews, but my experience has been quite the opposite consistently over the five times I’ve been here over the last two months . The fries are skinny and seasoned, nothing fancy but enjoyable and addictive! The roll served with the chicken is a small roll, super soft- melt in your mouth, and slightly sweet! Enjoyed the roll very much! Wish I could have more rolls with my meals! This is a affordable fast food meal that is enjoyable and an easy choice for a quick fix, anyone expecting anymore, don’t bother! I do not recommend the bubble tea, this i was not a fan of! Five star is based on the chicken as the name of the restaurant is Louisiana Chicken after all! Hope this review was helpful!

I went with my family for dinner to the Union City location and boy what a disappointment. The worst 55.00 bucks spent. I ordered the family pack with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as the side orders. The mac and cheese was dry and hard, the mashed potatoes were so bland and the gravy was nasty. The bread was stale. Don't order the red beans and rice that was the worst! The chicken was ok. The fried shrimp was actually the only good thing. I definitely will not be spending my money there again.

I don't want to be a hater or exagerate but this is the worst food that I ate in a long time, I asked mild chicken, 2 pieces, thigh and leg with French fries, they asked me 3 times with part of the chicken, and they gave me 2 legs (1 burned) 1 mild and 1 spicy, when tried to return the spicy one the girl said, "that's weird I toke it from the basket with the mild ones" so I'm liying? They gave me mash potatoes instead of French fries, 4 girls working, just 2 customers and they can't get 1 order right? And btw the chicken was taste less.
