This people needs to be trained properly. Using gloves means nothing if you don't fallow safety rules Especially in covid 19 This review is for July/12/2021 6:5pm Whe I told them to cancel my order and give me my money back they didn't know what to do and then told them to keep the money and they didn't have to make my order because I was not going to eat it And said that I was going to leave a bad review they Just laugh

This place horrible.. New staff don't how to take order for a simple coffee.. Where the heck is the manager of this place. The pumpkin 🍩 was hard like a freaking rock and a bagel with so call cream cheese well I got to say I'm still looking for the cream cheese... Someone needs to do something about this place.. I'm taking my business some where else..that for sure..

Went in there today honestly to use the restroom and there were no signs that said that you couldn’t. So I’m not someone who would go into a business and not purchase something when running around errands and need to quickly stop somewhere to use the restroom. I purchased 2 donuts and asked if I can use the restroom and they said “no it’s not open to the public right now” if that’s the case put a sign up that says even as a customer you will not be allowed to use the restroom. I’ve never experienced this with any other Dunkin’ Donuts.

Coffee garbage I ask for Coffee with ice and the lady give me frozen coffee and she's leafing because I'm crazy she saying is same thing is cold she start screaming at me when I say change because I don't want that coffee. The bagel is good but cream cheese taste weird like is expired! 2. Is big line there and only 1 guy taking care of people 1 leady who making food and coffee and other lady playing on the phone they have 2 machines for money and 2 computers The not wearing properly the mask the lady who prepare food touch phone garbage can and food They need to have INSPECTION BECAUSE HOW THEY WORK TRIBBLE!!! FAIR 2 LADY AND LEAVE THE GUY COFFEE GARBAGE!

Employees at this store need to have a better attitude to take care of all customers, they don't listen or have an idea if they have or not a product. Then they are asked or told something the attitude is horrible. Managers need to better train their employees especially when they are not present, they are the face of the company. Don't come to work if you are not willing to provide top customer service, there are many people who are willing to have your spot and be great at it.
