Love this Mohegan sun Ben and Jerry’s! Smells like fresh waffles cones all the time even if you’re not hungry this will do it! The ice cream is always amazing! Every flavor is so good! I always do the chocolate chip cookie dough with the chocolate dipped cone! The staff is always super nice and helpful! Every time you go there’s usually a line but it always goes by! I’d recommend the chocolate dipped waffle cone or the fresh plain waffle cone! THEY’RE THE BEST!! The only issue I had was my girlfriend got the non- dairy Carmel graham ice cream and it was freezer burned (see the pictures for the freezer burn). It must be because nobody gets non-dairy very often like the other flavors. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Other then that, I’d come back again and again! Love their ice cream!
We went to Mohegan Sun to attend CES Boxing and afterwards, we stopped at Ben & Jerry’s to get some ice cream.
The staff was cordial, and the ice cream was delicious.
The only downside for this is the prices are steep for the amount of ice cream you end up with.
The line was pretty big but kept moving thanks to the staff.
Thanks to Morgan for creatively serving two different flavors of ice cream vertically. Our kids enjoyed it without any fights. Impressive sense of style for the value of their customers!

Staff is friendly and polite. Nothing out of place. Ice cream is amazing. And they move Swiftly even with a line.
Had a nice cone here that was a mix of their Mint Chocolate chunk and the new Cannoli flavor in a cone. Both worked quite well together and service was lightning fast.
The staff is quite courteous and friendly. If you're looking for ice cream at Mohegan Sun you've found the right place!

I visited Ben & Jerrys @ Mohegan Sun on March 18,2023. The line was very long on this particular day. Well, after a 10-15 minute wait I had finally arrived at the counter to place my order . The server Kenny asked me what I wanted. I proceeded to say Salted Carmel Blondie. His response was, " I'm sorry we are out of the Salted Carmel Blondie". At first I thought he was joking. I asked him again only to get the same reply. Unfortunately, when I visit Ben & Jerrys I only want that one particular flavor. Kenny apologized for not having the flavor I wanted and offered to get me another flavor. He then told me to hold on a minute let me go check on something. When he came back to the counter he had a "FREE CONE" Coupon for my next visit and once again apologized for the inconvenience. I'm sure I wasn't the best customer I could be after waiting that long in line to find out my selection was not available yet Kenny went above and beyond to take the time to make me feel like I was a valued customer at Ben & Jerrys.
Wonderful service! I ordered a sundae and the person that was helping us made it look just like a picture. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. Very professional setting and it was a very quick process! 10/10 I recommend coming here when you’re hungry for a quick snack :)
Small but fun selection of ice creams to buy here. My daughter still won't try the phish food but she has no idea what she is missing!! She chose the mint chocolate chip instead.

I love the wealth of selection ben and Jerry offers. Before you fall in line, try to make up your choice by reading their wall-menu. I love the customer service and I feel that the price is reasonable as well. Dont forget to use your mohegan sun points, and always bring a friend. Enjoy their sweets.
Can’t go wrong with some Ben & Jerry’s. Make sure you get any ice cream in a waffle cone!!
Just had Cherry Garcia one of my favorites with a bowl and cone in it, awesome. Wife had chocolate and thought it was sinful
Ben and Jerry's always busy.. but you know is good, team is pleasant and patient, always a joy to visit, when in the casino take a break and enjoy their desserts, great ice cream, on a busy casino..
Always end the night at Mohegan with Ben and Jerry's. Even after being behind a woman who had to try Every flavor..
