Everything is great at this location EXCEPT for the lack of vegan food options. A bagel with avocado or a peanut butter sandwich (and they're usually out of that), or ultra processed Impossible burger. It's so easy to offer minimally processed vegan food that everyone can enjoy. And more and more people are looking for it. Too bad Starbucks isn't on board yet.
This is the newest Starbies location in our area. Staff are competent and friendly. Not always professional as the employees tend to be young. Customers can count on hearing conversations about employee life drama, but at least they get your order right. We like that this location doesn't make customers use paper straws!! The restrooms are kind of weird. The sinks are outside of the restrooms in the actual lobby area, which is awkward. There's no way to wash hands before opening/closing the doors after using the toilets, and why do we have to wash our hands in front of people eating and drinking? Sandwiches are tasty and drinks are almost always correct.
The staff is friendly and kind. They often run out of stock for certain drinks quite frequently but they're getting better at not allowing long periods or weeks without said products. Otherwise, it's a good place.
Driving through town on the way to Southern California and it was nice to find a clean starbucks with super strong coffee. Thank you!
Employees are always super friendly, and my coffee is always perfect. Made the mistake of going to a different Starbucks first this morning and ended up having to drive across town to get my coffee done right thank you guys! Morning coffee is a big thing to start they day right.
Starbucks on Airport is the best. They make the perfect Dragon drink, my Granddaughter always gets the pink drink.
It was good I'm telling you the Starbucks they are serving was the exact same as all the other Starbucks are serving so it wasn't gonna knock your socks off or anything and you got to just say it's par for the course and really you knew what you were getting into when you decided to go there. I really don't mess with anything at that spot except for 3 shots of espresso on ice in a tall cup. If I'm really desperate sometimes I'll get one of those breakfast sandwiches and you know like I said you know what you're getting yourself into and it's probably on par with McDonald's.
I always go to this specific Starbucks when I'm in the Ukiah area. They always exceed my expectations and make my drinks to Starbucks standards. I've had bad luck at other stores (both in Ukiah and elsewhere) and it's so refreshing to go to a store that knows what there doing.
I tried the pumpkin spice cold brew thing and it was actually really delicious, and not too sweet. The parking lot that this Starbucks is in is atrocious but the people are nice, and the inside is also decent.
