Eddie's has a limited menu compared to other Mexican restaurants, but they only offer what they can cook exceptionally well. The food is consistently good, especially the deep fried foods (chimichangas, flautas, etc.). The food is never greasy, it always tastes fresh.

Interesting Southern, South American and Spanish food that blends in a more smoother blend feom thw hot sauce to seasonings a very nice and mellow ride after that spicy food, odd seating arrangement.

Sweet cocina. Nice people. Delicious mole. Good tamal. Refried beans are ok. Horchata way too sweet. Amazing churro with caramel inside.
