Pokeworks

Visited on Sunday 3/13 and ordered a chicken musubi and a seaweed salad from the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes along with someone else who got tired of waiting for their musubi and left after a refund. When I asked about my order they told me it would be another 5 minutes. I ended up getting my food after waiting for 30 minutes which I asked for a refund due to my wait time. The staff member who was dry and short with me (I get it, no one wants to deal with an upset customer) took my food and gave me a refund. I asked if I could please have the food back since it's the least they could do to make it up after such a long time and was refused. We went back and forth and I ended up leaving. It's unfortunate that the situation wasn't even handled well from a customer service standpoint.

OK!! Food is fresh! For a fast food place, Pokeworks, has a very good diversity of fish dishes and chicken. What we had CHICKEN Salad bowl SEA FOOD bowl Both tasted better than average and fresh. Lots of toppings to make each visit different. Price was less than 20 dollars Why not 5 stars? Hard to get a smile. The service should include some sort of facial expression that appreciates your business. It's easier to get a smile or something remotely close to a smile from a cadaver. Lol... Return Factor 9, Definitely return .... Healthy food, better than average portions and good prices.

The food was delicious. I had no difficulty navigating the restaurant in my borrowed wheelchair (I'm mostly a full time crutch user but malls involve long distances and keeping up with able-bodied family so I borrow a wheelchair from guest services), though the counter was a little high so I had some trouble seeing over it to actually see my food options (it was the first time I'd had poke or been to a pokeworks) but I managed. The tables were a good height from the wheelchair and there was an unoccupied table with a space that didn't have a chair so I could roll right up to it.

I ordered the large poke salad bowl by accident (I wanted the rice bowl but selected salad by mistake) through DoorDash. Even though it wasn’t what I originally wanted, it was still pretty good. It is a bit pricey, which is why I’m giving it a 3 star rating rather than a 4 star rating So while the food is good, it’s pricey so I’d rather go to other poke places in the area
