We have eaten here numerous times over the years mainly for lunch. We went with the family for dinner on a Saturday night. The manager was able to accommodate our party with a 3 hr window. Plenty of time. The table was tight but they were quick to remove empty plates and glasses. Our waiter was Greek and able to discuss the menu and wine list at length. The food was outstanding especially the octopus and lamb chop. No dish was lackluster. We left thinking why we haven’t frequented this great restaurant. Oversight on our part, already planning our return meal!

What a great little gem in the Tysons area. The service was wonderful. The serving staff were attentive but gave you time to eat and converse. The spices in all the dishes were a delicious. Good combinations of cheese with fruit and cheese with meat. Dessert was a special treat, orange cake with a smooth vanilla ice cream. Highly recommend an espresso after this excellent meal.

I always order the lamp shanks whenever I go to a Mediterranean places. For me, it's a good indicator on how good a restaurant is. Not everyone can full it off. This shank was cooked perfect, falling off the bone and braised perfectly. Highly recommended. My colleagues ordered their vegetarian sampler and raved about it.

My favorite place for authentic Greek food! Very sophisticated with white tablecloths and an intimate bar area. The food is fantastic, from the chicken lemon soup to grilled octopus and lamb chops, and even the bread is phenomenal. Great selection of wine and very professional, fun and friendly staff. Keep it a secret please 🙏 I don’t want this place to get crowded like everything else in Tysons. And definitely try the saganaki… you can thank me later. Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Food was good and the ambience was great for date night. The only thing I would say that would take this to 5 stars if the servers were more friendly. Talk to your customers. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we just wanted to have a nice meal together. We were happy with the food but our server was very interested in getting us in and out the door. No small talk, no hi how are you, just want do want.

I was staying in the Tysons area for work and got takeout from Nostos TWICE. It’s *that* good. I was super satisfied with everything I ordered and would definitely go back again!

We ordered Fagri (red sea beam) from Chef's specials and some other dishes. Good food, excellent service.

We had my baby shower at Nostos a few weeks ago, and everything was amazing! The food was delicious - all of our guests commented on how great the food was. The service was also exceptional. Everyone's meals came out at the same time and all of the guests were not left waiting at any point for their beverages to be refilled. I also genuinely appreciate that they let us come in over an hour early to start setting up. I highly recommend Nostos for their delicious food and hospitable service!

10 out of 10. Started with great fresh bread made in house. Shared six appetizers, octopus was a favorite, all were great. I can't wait to go back and try more. Typical Greeks we all had the lamb,to all our high standards it was great. Try their house version of baklava. My new favorite restaurant in DC area, can't wait to go back.

Great food and service. We ordered the vegetarian platter and the meat sampler and split them. That left us with a variety of small dishes. The waiter was really great. The only negative was the noise level as the restaurant filled up but not bad enough to lose a star over.

Went to Nostos recently after seeing reviews and found it on the best restaurant list. The dinner was awesome. We had a great time. We had swordfish, octopus and for entree we shared rockfish and mini kebab. Definitely worth to try especially when you are already shopping at Tyson Corner :).

One of the only three restaurants I think of highly within a 5mi radius. Worth the money. Returned numerous times. Just as good tastes and should taste in a restaurant of this kind.

Delicious start to finish! If you like retsina, try theirs. A Perfect match for the food! Lamb shank - perfection! Trio of spreads - unbeatable! Calamari - among the best ever!

Nostos used to be a business lunch favorite, always reliably good food and service (and good wine selection). Unfortunately the service seems slower and less attentive nowadays, one of our ordered appetizers never showed up and the grilled lamb chops were not as tender as I hoped they’d be.

We went here for dinner over the weekend we had a great time time. We had dinner for three. Food was delicious. We had the Saganaki (flamed cheese) which is a usual order for us at Greek restaurants. The fried zucchini chips are a great appetizer. We also had a special that was feta cheese with a pepper sorbet. This was amazing and so interesting. Who would've thought this a great combination. We also had the seafood orzoto which i devoured, and arni youvetsi (lamb shank), which was a large portion that my wife packed to go. The greek cheesecake is very good!

My husband and I came here on date night after hearing good things. We got the octopus and feta watermelon appetizers, both of which were amazing. The feta was fried with sesame seeds and really unique. We also got the braised lamb and the seabass. The lamb was really tender and flavorful, while the seabass was pretty thin and a little dry and fishy, not as thick and buttery as most seabass I’ve had is. I was a little disappointed in it, especially since all the reviews said how good it was. We also didn’t realize there was a full bar until we were leaving, so it would’ve been nice to have a cocktail menu. Overall, it was pretty good, but very expensive for the quality and portions. It’s a decent spot for a work dinner or a date night, but a bit overpriced (i guess expected for Tysons). I don’t think we will be back.

Third time back and still enthusiastic. A wonderful bright spot out of the way in dreary Tysons. Had the moussaka first time out which was rich and deep. No half-cooked eggplant to be seen. Bar snacks - swordfish kebabs were juicy and delicious. Any of the dips are fabulous. The wine selection steals the show. Lots of regulars so arrive early.
