Well other than the restrooms being closed and having to walk across to nearby store to use the restroom. I'm assuming she was the Manager politely asked my daughter to pull her mask up for our safety along fir their safety. Us being well beyond the 6feet distance. All the while this lady had her mask hanging off her nose? I was confused? 😕 Then only to look back at the cook to see he also was wearing his off his nose and upper lip? 😕Then as she was proceeding to pass our food to us still with mask off nose this time it was off her upper lip. Any other time (wishing I would have)I should've said something. But for my daughter's sake I didn't want to be a "Karen". But just thought I would put this out there. 🤦

When I ordered only a cheeseburger and specifically said lite mayo lite mustard it looked like they put extra of both and that was after being told could you repeat your order while going through the drive thru. Then on top of that I went in to get a refund and they never said oh the order wasn't right sorry or nothing so basically I felt like a waste of their time and they didn't care at Hwy 64 and loop 323 location. On top of that they refunded me cash when I paid with debit.

I couldn't order more then 1 item at a time anythime i tried to add something else the person at the drive thru would take off my first item i finally got my order and she took away my fries and gave me the cheeder bacon totts even though i asked for both fries and cheedar bacon totts i was tired of fighting with the drive thru and just went home with no fries :(
