The food was good and freshly prepared in a clean, easy to see environment. It was very busy at lunch time so the line was long. (This includes the drive thru) The only issue is because they are so busy the cooks can't keep up with demand and they run out of items quickly. My suggestion is to get there before the rush or prepare to wait until the cooks can prepare more. They give large portions. I recommend the walnut shrimp for a slight up-charge. 🙂

Mrs. Emily always treats me well when I come in! This visit was especially exceptional, and they were slammed. Nicholas was on the line and was extremely nice and engaging while handling me and the drive-thru. I was super impressed. I wanted to steal him for my business just based on the two minute interaction I had with him. Also, I’m not sure who cooked the Honey Walnut Shrimp this visit, but it was BY FAR the best I’ve had from any Panda. Thanks team! Good, hard work deserves to be recognized!

I pulled in to the south broadway location at 1:05 pm, no line and the parking lot only had a couple cars in it…. for starters, the picture is a bit oxymoronic… I’m asked to give the guy a minute and he’ll be right with me, when he comes back on the com, as I am ordering my food at the drive through menu two state troopers are walking behind my truck about to dine in for lunch. I order two bigger plates, get to the drive through window. Pay for my food and am asked to pull around and before I do I kindly ask the guy at the window to please add spicy mustard chili sauce and chopsticks to my order and he agrees creating false confidence that what I asked for would be in the bag. After parking out front, sitting for 20 minutes staring at this ridiculous sign and watching the two officers who entered the restaurant after my order was placed sit down and finish their entire meal, my food comes out and the lady asks if I wanted sweet and sour sauce to which I replied yes, and at a quick glance I told her I would also like the chopsticks, spicy mustard and chili sauce the gentlemen at the window agreed to put in my bag… by this time I’m pretty worn out by the situation and trying to keep my left eye from twitching, the young lady apologizing, reassured me that she’ll get what I need turns towards the door and heads back in, a couple minutes later she comes back out with a bag that I am feeling certain has what I asked for inside of it, so I start to pull out, no sooner than I drive out of the parking lot I notice there are no chopsticks in the bag so I pull back in and exit my vehicle and go inside to ask for them. I finally leave with a correct order approximately 30 minutes after placing it which brings up the question: do you think we need to ask them to remove the “express” from “Panda Express” or ask them to change the name to “panda ***whenever we get around to it***” side note: I HATE giving bad reviews, so much so that this is my first one ever, but my goodness it was earned

Went through the drive through and everything was so great! EMILY helped us in the window and was so sweet and fast. The food tastes fresh and so good for the value. Shout out to Emily though because she made the experience perfect with her exceptional service.

Cars wrapped around the building and haven’t moved in over 10 minutes. Every time I come here the wait gets longer and longer

Used to be our favorite place. Orange chicken dry and grease even the walnut shrimp. Not first time. I always think we'll it's been awhile. No change.

Came here to have dinner. The food looks appealing but does not have taste to it. The egg rolls are microwaved and the fried rice taste old. The greens are over cooked. But the staff was very friendly so there is hope.

Well I actually like the food, but ordering online is almost impossible. Half the menu isn't available, i.e. ragoons, teriyaki chicken etc. And when you finally settle on an order with your second choices, it will tell you 20 minutes later that your order has been canceled with no explanation. Then when you call to ask about all these issues they refuse to answer the phone... even after multiple calls to both locations here in tyler....
