The service was great, and the all-you-can-eat breadsticks kept coming. The pasta was yummy, but the sauce was a bit watered down.

This place is freaking awesome! I love the menu. I love the lunch special and the daily special that they have. I was honestly worried because it happens to be in a gas station but it is totally worth the visit. It is really good Italian food that comes to your table quickly. Plus I love the coke machines that allow you to mix the flavors.

Always enjoy a trip to Fazoli's with my fiance! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful if we need it. The food is great, served quickly and without problems. Clean open environment and a nice casual setting. Great place to pick up some quick and easy pasta, pizza, salad, etc. 10/10 would recommend and their garlic bread sticks are awesome!

Awesome service! I only saw 2 employees while I was here, but both greeted me, and we're happy to make small talk, and worked quickly nonetheless. They just didn't seem miserable to be working in fast food, and I was shocked by how kind they were. Really brightens your day to interact with delightful people like them!

It's fast food Italian style. pretty good. Not like sitting down at fine Italian dining, but if your craving pizza or pasta, it will do the trick. They have some really affordable lunch specials. And yummy bread sticks.

Food is decent. It tastes like you might imagine fast food style Italian might taste. You do receive a lot of food for the price. The drive thru wait time is always fairly substantial. I have a 30 minute lunch break and work a half mile from this location but I can't order here and have enough time to eat and get back in time.

Excellent Customer Service! When I visited the restaurant, they were very busy and ended up forgetting about my order. When the waiter realized this, he not only gave me enough breadsticks to feed a small army, he provided a free cheesecake. The cook even came out and apologized (totally unnecessary, they were obviously very busy, but much appreciated!) 10/10 Would wait on spaghetti again!

Have been several times with friends. Cannot go wrong with the Fettuccine Alfredo. It is so good. Area very clean. Staff friendly and ready to help you. The Lasagna in fantastic also.👍
