My family and I have eaten here Every few months for years Took my granddaughter here today October 16thHad a good meal She ordered red velvet cake to go I attached a picture of what they sent home with us dated 9.27.21. Today is 10.17.21. The cake had mold on it. The worst part is I've tried 3 × 2 contact them on the telephone on the telephone and each time they put me on hold indefinitely I have yet to tell them that there was a problem It's a shame to have to resort to the Internet to let somebody know there's a problem with their staff and service Considering the cake was out dated big and bold and they overlooked that it makes me seriously question the rest of the ingredients they put in their food and the diligence of their staff. It is infuriating the fact that we can't get anybody to stay on the phone to even let them k ow there is a problem...

Don't be fooled by the humble exterior. The name that, in East Texas, makes you roll your eyes and think to yourself, "Yeah, right." You enter, and it's cramped at first as you wait to be seated, but the dining area is much more spacious. There's a drop ceiling of those awful white office tiles overhead, but there's also a nice mural, arches, and plaster accents to look at. The menu is long, and that's usually a red flag, however our waitress assured us that everything on it was made-to-order fresh. My wife and I were kind of under a time crunch, so we ordered what our waitress recommended for diners in a rush: a spinach calzone, fried mushrooms, and a side order of meatballs. All of it--ALL OF IT--was 100% hot, fresh, and delicious! I was so impressed and cannot wait to go back again, if only for the free fresh bread they bring you once you're situated.

Don’t waste your money. First time here and we were completely disappointed.Order was wrong. Ate a bite and asked the waitress about it being incorrect she offered to take it back and get it corrected. The other waitress returned to the table to inform very rudely me that the cook said I would be charged for an extra meal because I took a bite of the food. Chicken Murphy was like cardboard. Ranch for the salad taste like watered down bottled ranch. Nothing about this place was good. Terrible customer service.
