I like to leave the benefit of the doubt before I get all worked up about 1 bad experience but I've been to this location numerous times and it's getting worse. Food is always wrong, never puts the sauce in the bag. It's like a bunch of buddies from school are hanging out and occasionally handing out food. If I worked like this when I worked fast food, I would've been fired on the spot, but oh I guess you can't get fired when there is never a manager around either. Be that person and make sure everything is in the bag before you drive away from the window cuz if you end up having to walk in chances are they'll ignore you. Terrible

Worse experience ever!! Got the order wrong 4x times. We called because we were missing food and they still got the replacement wrong. They made our food with there bare hands no gloves or nothing. We went in and they hid from us and were very rude to us. They had food uncovered and my food had brown lettuces on it. Just nasty!

Skinny dude who has worked there at least a year is literally the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’ve worked fast food so I know the ins and outs and he just stands around and ignores you. And if he does Grace you with speaking to you it’s in the world most sarcastic voice. He’s left me parked and forgotten my order so many times and will sometimes just forget what he’s even getting the customers. Should have been fired his day one but this whole place doesn’t have very nice workers. And stop parking people when you have literally no one behind them just because you want to improve your service times or text without the customers watching you. Good thing I eat fast food maybe once a year so I can avoid this terrible service.
