Staff is very friendly. We come here a lot and they always know my wife's drink. The hours are as expected from inside a store location.
The staff is really nice. I would give 5 stars, but they occasionally mess up my order. I'll order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap with creme base and I can still taste coffee in it (I don't drink coffee, but I love their fraps). So it makes me sad when I order a drink and it still tastes like coffee even though I asked for a creme base.
Great family energetic staff. Great service. Great location off the main highway. 4 stars because no way to tip with the Starbucks app, no tip jar/box at the drive thru. This is very unfair to the hard-working employees there. I do a lot of driving been to over 100 locations in SoCal alone. Never seen this before. No tipping? Really? Please store manager get on this issue, you have a great employees, they need to be rewarded especially during these times.
Wonderful staff who are always very friendly. On the rare occasion that there is a mistake with my order, they're always very good about correcting it immediately. I even had one experience where my card was declined and the cashier paid for my drink (I wouldn't bet on that happening often). I definitely spend too much money here lol.

The baristas here always start my day off right. They know their regulars and quickly get to know the new customers. The store is always clean and well stocked. The ONLY down side is that they don't take mobile orders here. Otherwise, it's a great place to get your coffee fix.
The new drinks are here!!!! The team was a bit underwhelming but perhaps they were just getting user to the new menu and there might have been other factors that made the visit subpar this time, but the drinks were great except for the pumpkin cream order which did not come out looking good or tasting good at all. I definitely had to switch out for a the classic vanilla bean
I’ve gone here a few separate times, and so far I have yet to have a bad experience. Any time I’ve had an issue they’ve been polite and done what they can to address it. I see a lot of people here posting about having issues with rude workers, and I think they need to remember working in a service industry is stressful, and having a nasty attitude goes both ways if you know what I mean.
Thanks to Christie at the downtown Starbucks in 29 Palms this morning for making it all good when I was confused by what to order and ordered wrong! I was told she couldn't take back the mistake but would make me another that was what I really wanted! Then I pull out of the parking lot and down the street to see a man doing yard work. I pulled over and ask him would he like this(it was cold) and what happened at Starbucks. He turned with sweat dripping off his nose and said, "Sure!"

Service is alway fast and friendly. Hard to get a table to sit for minute. They should make a time limit for the table and ban laptops from inside the store.
The employees here are amazing, I have not once received a bad order or received a negative impression. They work hard especially with everything that is going on. Thank you!

Came here twice during a camping trip, the staff and service were great. Super friendly and fast.
Good as always but with a different flare. I thinks its due to it being a military base, but who knows. I come for a good Frapè again
