Came here on a night when they had a bunch of different bands. The atmosphere was really relaxed and friendly. The food and drinks are good and inexpensive. I definitely recommend this place even if it is a bit of a drive.
This is my favorite place in all of Joshua Tree and the greater area. Its out in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views unobstructed by buildings. Had dinner tonight here. It was great. The drinks were great and the help was great. I always suggest The Palms, to everyone I know. It's a great place to get a bite and relax with friends. Love it. Such a fun and unusually laid back place to be.
The food is great, the service is great, the drinks are even better.
I really enjoyed this place for breakfast. The menu is limited, but everything was good. The Bloody Mary's really hit the spot and at $3.50, well worth the price. I like the laid back, artistic atmosphere and the waiter/(Owner??) was very low key and helpful. I would definitely go back next time
