Very much enjoyed this Italian restaurant! Wonderful ambience and service. Lovely patio in warmer days. Enjoy pasta, pizzas and main dishes with a full wine menu. Local artwork adds a nice touch!

Definitely a gem of a restaurant in the awesome town of Twain Harte! They have Italian American cuisine here! We enjoyed the burrata , chicken, and the margarita & patate pizza all of which were amazing! We ordered to go and during our wait the owner walked us through the restaurant letting us know about the cool art and the intentionality of the restaurant. The staff was awesome and the place was beautiful. I would definitely recommend eating in if you have the time. They have wide range of wines available and beers to enjoy. Definitely recommend!

All the trappings of fine dinning in the town center of Twain Harte. If you are willing to wait for your meal, not rush in and out with no conversation or libations, this is a great place to go. While the wait staff seemed disorganized during our visit due to an impending party of 20+, the bartender wasted no time in making us feel right at home. Manja!

I've been up in this area for many years and usually to find a restaurant like this I have to go to the Bay Area. I really enjoyed it this place...very very good. The bread was awesome. I ordered an octopus salad and also butternut squash soup. By accident the waitress brought me a house salad which I started eating and it was so good until I realized it didn't have the octopus. So she brought me the octopus salad and that was also very good. Really I was amazed to find a place this good up in the mountains! Maybe my only complaint even though it's not much I would have liked to have had all of oil instead of butter on my bread but even the butter was good, I just think it might be healthier olive oil.

Had the spaghetti with bolgunese sauce which was great. Fresh bread was great too. The best part was that they have outdoor seating. Service was very friendly as well.

A taste of farm-to-table culinary excellence in Tuolumne County!! My wife and I went last week for a quick meal thinking this was just a simple Italian eatery but we're blown away by the subtle elegance, impeccable service, and well balanced meals. Farm to table Napa valley style with artist flare right in our backyard! I have seen some mixed reviews, but I gotta tell you, this place is fantastic. We had the bread (pane) and the chef artistically puts a leaf cutout shape into the top of the bread. Delicious!! Seasonal greens, not too salty and fantastic dressing and cucumber shavings artistically shaped like flower petals. Gnocchi was pillowy, perfect char on each side, salmon entree was grilled to perfection and not fishy at all, super balanced aioli, and sausage pizza that was decadent with minimal spice and great balance. It was so good, we came back the week later. Frankly, it's so good, we are going to try everything on the menu now.

San Francisco cuisine in a laid back venue. Creative dishes and amazing flavor combinations. Josh is truly an artist. We enjoyed great service by the staff especially from our waitress, Rachel. Truly one of the best meals we have ever experienced! Already planning a return visit. Steve and Odette.
